Fellcroft Cottage, an 18th century terraced cottage has been operating as a self catering rental property since 2003 and has successfully achieved a 4 star rating from Cumbria Tourist Board year on year.

The cottage sleeps 6 people, in three bedrooms, two double and one twin, it has a large lounge/dining room, modern fitted kitchen, good size family bathroom, small sitting room and enclosed patio.

Situated in Backbarrow, a quiet South Lakeland Village, the cottage is ideally located between the mountain fells of the Lake District and the shores of Morecambe Bay and only 1.1/2 miles from the foot of Lake Windermere. It is the perfect base for a touring or walking holiday of the Lake District. Public footpaths, bridleways and quiet country roads allow visitors to walk or cycle the local area and fells relatively undisturbed.
